    • Improving supplier/CPG collaboration (55%) and increasing online profitability (52%) are key focus areas in the next 12-18 months.
    • 74% of retailers said that fresh products are essential to their business, and all but 2% of the rest attribute some level of importance to managing fresh. 
    • Store operations efficiency is an essential component of fresh item management.
    • Increased forecasting frequency and granularity are helping fresh leaders manage rapid demand shifts and seasonal challenges.
