    • 41% of respondents said they feel helpless in the face of Amazon's resources
    • 63% of the food retailers in this study already operate a channel for online sales
    • Not a single respondent in this survey said fresh products were not a priority for their business
    • Two thirds reported losing over 1.5% of their annual revenue to expired and spoiled fresh products each year
    • 81% of respondents plan to upgrade or fully replace their forecasting systems
